  • Shreif is a founder and the Managing Partner of SOLLEX and the head of our dispute resolution and Arbitration team with a particular focus on energy-related disputes, mergers & acquisitions and corporate/commercial matters for 17 years.
  • Prior to establishing SOLLEX, Shreif served in the judiciary authority as a public prosecutor and as a Judge for 10 years exposed to a various branch of litigation related to miscellaneous cases and then he worked as a counsel at Andersen Tax & Legal – Egypt Office.
  • Faculty of Law Cairo University, English section, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), May 2008.
  • Member at the Egyptian Bar Association at the appeal level.
  • Member at The Chartered Institution Of Arbitrators (M.CIArb).
  • During his professional career, he has represented multinational and national organizations and firms working in various industries, including but not limited to, oil and gas, construction, real estate, manufacturing, securities & stock market, white collar, logistics, aviation, Maritime and annulment and enforcement of domestic and international arbitral awards issued primarily by CRCICA and the ICC, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and the DIS.
  • Representing clients of foreign, local companies or individuals before commercial, civil and criminal courts.
  • Representing clients of foreign, local companies or individuals before arbitration panels.
  • Advising and representing clients in matters concerning white collar crimes affecting corporate activity such as bribery, corruption and embezzlement, information technology crimes, commercial fraud and illegitimate competition.
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and agreements on behalf of clients and settling their disputes.
  • Shreif`s practice also includes general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, anti-trust, intellectual property, commercial and tax. He is involved in and has experience advising leading multinational companies execute large cross-border transactions.
  • Providing legal consultations and representing SME’s, large corporations and multi-national companies.
  • He has wide experience using alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate to achieve the best results for his clients, including commercial mediation and arbitration.
